If you're ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter — and build a career with a company that’s building North America — we want to hear from you!  ABOUT THE ROLE The role of Ready Mix Equipment Operator – Wheel Loader is responsible for the primary day-to-day production of Ready Mix Concrete being loaded for Job Sites (Home Owner and other Clients in the industries) This role is also responsible for Property well-being and Plant functioning to produce a high-level Product from AMRIZE.    WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH Adhere to all AMRIZE safety policies and procedures. Tangibly support a safe work environment Perform general plant operations and clean ups including loading with material, clean-up and moving of materials from deliveries. Operating motorized equipment including power tools, loaders, tele handlers  Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength. Perform general maintenance ie. Greasing and inspecting equipment and assisting in plant requirements. Provide hands-on assistance to general laborers in adding value-added products to mixers, ensuring accurate measurements, proper handling, and efficient integration for optimal mix quality. Work could be exposed to cold and heat, noise and dust. Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders from Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams as well as external truck partners. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Training/Certifications: Valid driver’s license (Min Class 5) Required Work Experience: Experience in a related field preferred. Understanding of building materials industry, including product knowledge, is an asset. Required Technical experience: Computer literacy, including the use of mobile/Tablet products is an asset   Additional Requirements: Have a flexible schedule.  This position may require an individual to work different shifts. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Problem solving and decision making Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of teamwork Able to work in a fast paced, high production environment Willing to work overtime and shifts when needed including weekends  Able to work unsupervised  Good communication skills Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
