You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and create new ways of working Your ‘day to day’ Ensures compliance with the principles related to the environment, hygiene, safety, and sustainability as provided by PMI. Acts by supporting the safety culture. Ensures compliance with procedures related to the quality of incoming materials, semi-finished and finished product in accordance with PMI Quality Management System requirements. Adheres to the production schedule and performs signal changes in accordance with requirements. Performs control, cleaning and lubrication adjustment and control/restore basic actions on equipment to improve key performance indicators. Develops the culture of zero losses through active participation and operates his/her equipment with care, aiming at eliminating and limiting scarves and the consumption of raw materials with prudence and attention Implements and proposes improvements to the existing pillar procedures Important note: Our Factory in Aspropyrgos operates 24x7, the role includes Rotating Shifts, and the working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days off. Who we’re looking for A Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Experience in Manufacturing environment is an advantage. Fluent English (written and oral).
