Description
Reporting to the Pricing and Quotation Supervisor, the Service Pricing Officer will be a key player in our high-performing Pricing Department, based in Guildford. This full-time role offers the chance to develop and shape service pricing strategies that directly support our Mining and Construction sales, Customer Support Agreements (CSA’s), Life Cycle Costing (LCC’s), and broader service operations across Western Australia. Roster: Monday – Friday 8.5 hours a day (including meal break) – Flexible start and finish time   What You’ll Do: Research and validating service pricing using Caterpillar’s information systems, maintaining strong correspondence with Caterpillar and escalating inquiries through dealer portals when needed. Develop accurate and comprehensive service pricing solutions based on customer requirements. Create detailed budget, regional, and local equipment life cycle cost (LCC) pricing files for new and aftermarket equipment. Analyse historical data to ensure competitive labour hours and parts pricing.
