Description The Equipment Repair Estimator is responsible for providing reliable and accurate quotes for service work including labor, parts, etc. WHAT YOU'LL DO Create service/parts quotes for PSSRs and new and used sales utilizing the PSQ quote function. Create CSA quotes for condition monitoring groups Assist the Standard Job Coordinator by verifying standards Create standards in Service Options Collaborator(SOC) and DBS if needed Assist Rebuild Coordinator in quoting certified rebuilds Qualify and quote larger machine tear down and rebuilds based on formalized guidelines. Develop strong relationships within the dealership Assist in developing and improving the quote processes and procedures Track quote generated repairs to ensure accuracy Qualify and formalize quotes for lease return machines and inspections Requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Above average computer skills Above average skills in Word and Excel Excellent communication skills both verbally and written The ability to learn and master various software systems Be familiar with project management terminology IMPORTANT INFORMATION While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
