Job Details Job Location: Branch 0100 Orange Park Warehouse - Orange Park, FL 32073 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly The Equipment Repair Shop Lead supports the Mobile Service Group by overseeing daily shop operations, coordinating technician tasks, and ensuring timely, high-quality repairs of industrial machinery and equipment. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, acting as a go-to resource for troubleshooting, workflow coordination, and quality control. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support a team of technicians in daily repair and maintenance tasks • Assist with troubleshooting hydraulic, electronic, and pneumatic systems • Prioritize and assign work orders to ensure timely completion • Inspect outbound equipment and certify readiness for field deployment • Oversee intake and prep of returned equipment for rebuild • Monitor inventory levels and assist with parts ordering • Maintain organized workspaces and ensure tool availability • Provide hands-on support for complex repairs and assemblies • Train and mentor junior technicians on procedures and safety • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols • Communicate with branch locations to coordinate field support • Complete and review related paperwork for accuracy Qualifications • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge (12v to 480v systems) • Prior experience in equipment repair and shop operations • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience • Forklift operation experience required • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certificate • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems • Detail-oriented with strong inspection and quality control skills • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in non-climate-controlled environments • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
