Description MVP Services, a Division of Kelsan, is looking for an Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team. MVP Services, Inc has been serving the Triangle with quality pressure cleaning equipment , parts, cleaning chemicals and repair service since 1998. We specialize in commercial and industrial applications. We pride ourselves in meeting the stringent needs of these customers. Position Summary: The Equipment Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting customers through the sales, service, and repair of industrial pressure washers and related equipment. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions. Key Responsibilities, other duties may be assigned: Understand our primary equipment brands and maintain strong product knowledge. Learn the specific equipment types within our sales and service portfolio. Ask targeted questions to assess a facility’s current equipment and identify any issues or service needs. Present service and preventative maintenance programs in partnership with a service technician. Promote rent-to-own options, rental fleet availability, and used equipment for sale, understanding the strong margins these offerings provide. Set up a PMA agreement with every piece of equipment sold. Utilize the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Follow up on all company-generated leads to drive sales activity. Support the Kelsan sales team through joint customer calls as needed.
