Your Impact At Enova Premier, our Maintenance team plays a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly & safely. This managerial role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintain both production and facility equipment, following safety standards and preventive maintenance practices. Your work ensures that machines perform at their best, downtime is minimized, and production goals are met. Major Duties 1. Provide hands on management of installation, preventive maintenance and repair/improvement of plant equipment. 2. Assure the completion of special assignments designated by the Maintenance Manager. 3. Supervise maintenance technicians as direct reports, developing all through problem solving and The EPIQ Way.  Assist in hiring, coaching and recommendations for promotion and/or separation.  4. Maintain and continuously improve use of the preventive maintenance program. 5. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.  6. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. 7. Assure all safety regulations are followed and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 8. Assist in the relief of plant technical staff during absences from the plant. 9. Demonstrate the ability to lead and gain consensus among team members at all levels. 10. Ability to cover for Maintenance Manager. 11. Research, design and implement new technology to improve equipment performance and quality to the customer. 12. Support plant/maintenance operations as required 24/7. 13. Other duties as assigned Minimum & Essential Qualifications: Education & Experience * Must be at least 18 years old * Ability to speak, read, and write English * 3+ years of experience in maintenance, equipment repair, or a related technical role in a manufacturing environment * Strong knowledge of PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems * Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics * Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment * Ability to supervise maintenance technicians as direct reports, coaching and developing others through problem solving and The EPIQ Way * Collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization and with customers * Completes special assignments as designated by the Maintenance Manager * Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, or weekends as needed * Commitment to reliability, safety, and continuous improvement Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, and work on equipment for 8–12 hour shifts * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis * Ability to see colors and work in confined spaces and with varying weights Preferred Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience of supervising maintenance teams in an industrial manufacturing environment * 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience. * Tier 1 automotive experience * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook #WeAreEP, where we bring together diverse skills and experiences to drive excellence for our customers, delivering reliability, innovation, and teamwork in every wheel we assemble.
