At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an Equipment Technical Trainer for our technical training centre in UK. You will be part of a small dynamic international product training and development team, and report to Global Equipment Training Manager.
This position is in the Crawley UK and allcandidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
Location: Onsite- Crawley

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in delivering hands-on and in-person training or instruction
  • Training qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer, CIPD, or equivalent),- highly desirable
  • Qualification relevant to engineering or medical devices
  • Proven track record of working with E-learning platforms and blended learning – Highly Desirable
  • Creative problem-solving
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • You must be a good team player who is energetic, creative, resourceful, and responsible
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver technical equipment training, including digital E-learning materials, hand-outs, tests, and testing methodology, live trainer-led webinars, and crucially, in-person, to Field service engineers, hands-on with the actual equipment. Training will be across a wide range of IVF equipment covering Installation, Servicing and Repairs down to component level and to clinically acceptable standards.
  • Manage learner training and skills development, to maximise their full potential
  • Provide feedback into the design, and product management teams, on any relevant information discovered during training. Failures, improvements, and anything else that may be useful for product improvements
  • Maintain the training equipment and training space to ensure all is suitable to deliver training as and when required
