Scheduled Maintenance: Performing routine tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement according to a predetermined schedule. Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or other system failures. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent. Utilizing systems such as Maximo and Jira for data retention, LRAs, and quality checks. Inventory Management: Managing inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for maintenance tasks. Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines. Communication: Communicating effectively with other technicians, supervisors, and facility staff regarding maintenance needs and issues. Continuous Improvement: Recommending improvements to maintenance procedures and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools and equipment for maintenance and repair. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with others and document work performed. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in various environments. Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Understanding and adherence to safety procedures and regulations. 1+ years' experience with equipment assembly, shop skills Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook, plus general computer skills. Associate degree (A.A.) in a technical field from an accredited college or in equipment, process and/or electronics related curriculum Certificate(s) in electronics, automation, electro-mechanical, robotics, fluid power, robotics, controls with 1-year technical experience in a related field. 0-2 years industry experience in electronics, electro-mechanical, robotics, fluid power, robotics, automated equipment, controls.
