Essential Responsibility and Function: As a Equipment Technician (Warehouse/Supply Chain Department) you will be responsible for the following: Conduct regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of commissary and production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or technical issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used. Ensure all machines operate in optimal condition to support daily production requirements. Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems within the commissary. Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment and tools. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards for all utilities and facilities. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and document completed activities. Conduct routine safety checks and immediately report potential hazards or risks. Support adherence to company policies, DOLE standards, and food safety regulations. Collaborate with the Warehouse, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns. Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers for specialized repairs when required. Provide technical assistance during equipment testing, upgrades, or facility improvements. Qualifications Job Requirements: Must have: Bachelors's degree or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information What to do next?
