KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum NFQ Level 6 or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or Mechatronics fields is a requirement for this position.
  • Experience in an industrial environment, medical device manufacturing, Polymer, Biomedical or related Engineering /Science discipline.
  • Knowledge of Automation, Robotics, Vision Systems, Extrusion, Blow moulding or Injection moulding.
  • Requires broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, techniques and practices typically gained through extensive experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a recognized trade in a highly regulated industrial environment, typically Medtech / Pharma /
  • Awareness of best industrial practices such as TQM and Maintenance Excellence (MEx) would be a distinct advantage.
  • Should be computer literate and have a working knowledge of computer-based equipment.
