JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Facility Maintenance:
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of F&B facilities, including dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and storage areas.
• Perform repairs and minor renovations as needed, such as fixing plumbing leaks, replacing light fixtures, repairing flooring, and patching walls.
• Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort for customers and employees.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, food processing machinery, and other specialized equipment used in F&B operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to manufacturer’s guidelines to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards applicable to F&B establishments, including food safety regulations, fire codes, and occupational safety guidelines.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards, such as slippery floors, damaged equipment, or malfunctioning safety systems, to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Emergency Response:
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, such as equipment failures, power outages, or plumbing leaks, to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Implement temporary solutions or workarounds to restore functionality and mitigate risks until permanent repairs can be completed.
• Company Accommodation Maintenance:
• Maintain company-owned or leased accommodation facilities for employees, including apartments, dormitories, or guesthouses, to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
• Address maintenance requests from residents promptly and efficiently, resolving issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules, to track maintenance history and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance, equipment status, and resource utilization for management review and decision-making.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: KD150.000 - KD175.000 per month
