Assist with preventative maintenance tasks: Grease moving parts, fuel equipment, and complete quick, daily upkeep steps to support the mechanics and field teams. Move equipment and vehicles around the yard: Safely drive and park trucks, trailers, tractors, and other equipment within company property to help crews reset for the next day. Load equipment and materials: Prepare trucks and trailers for field crews by carefully loading and securing equipment using chains, straps, and other methods to prevent shifting during transport. Review and prepare daily load requests: Work with managers and supervisors to confirm what's needed for the next day's projects and ensure everything is prepped and staged for smooth morning departures. Keep the yard and staging areas organized: Help maintain an orderly, efficient workspace so field teams can quickly find what they need. Support a smooth end-of-day process: Be a key team member helping reset and prepare operations as crews return in the evening, creating a seamless handoff for the next day's shift What You Will Need To Be Successful Must be available to work full-time, 2nd shift (3:00-11:00pm Monday-Thursday & 8:00am-4:00pm Sunday). Basic comfort with driving and maneuvering trucks, trailers, tractors, or other equipment OR a willingness to learn how to safely operate company vehicles & equipment. Previous experience in construction, agriculture, landscaping, or similar industries is helpful, but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements throughout the shift. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
