We are seeking an equity research analyst to strengthen our equity research team. Our equity research department provides clients with high quality research on both sector and company level. The team aims to cover most of the listed companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange and all relevant sectors. Our research aims to assist clients in making their investment decisions and keep up to date in sector and market developments. We work independently and in teams assisting a broad range of stakeholders from institution investors and family offices to other divisions within the bank.
WHO ARE YOU?
As part of Danske Bank Equity Research you will cooperate across different teams of traders, sales, corporate finance, and research. Danske Bank Equity Research covers a broad portfolio of companies in an ever-changing operating environment. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a large degree of autonomy.
We therefore aim to hire someone who can meet deadlines, has integrity, an analytical mind-set and a high workload capacity. We are also looking for candidates with a self-driven and independent way of working. Most important however, is a profound interest for capital markets and equities in particular.
As a challenger in Norway, our equity research franchise is characterized by an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. We are looking for employees who always strive to develop themselves and our organization. If you enjoy challenges and want to be part of an inspiring team where you are encouraged to grow, we offer you an inclusive work environment where you will contribute to our success, today and in the future.
A master’s degree from a recognized educational institution is required; however, relevant experience may compensate for the lack of a master’s degree. As you will be working alongside both Norwegian and international clients, as well as sales teams and across research departments, the position requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Norwegian.
