Description

Assume significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of public/private equity origination and transaction execution, new business development and overall growth of the firm Work closely with issuer clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including structuring, trading color and broader execution needs Responsible for drafting pitch materials, investor / stakeholder analysis, execution materials, oversee and ensure the quality of work being performed by analysts & associates 6 or more years of experience Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking Degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration MBA or Master's Degree in Business preferred Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processes Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities products Series 7, 79 and 63 within 90 days of joining Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Anticipated Posting Close Date: Dec 25, 2025 ------------------------------------------------------
