Reporting to the Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager, you will be integral to ensuring we meet our equity & inclusion legislative requirements. Collaborate and lead the delivery of ongoing equity & inclusion activities. Maintain and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness of our initiatives. To thrive in this role, you will have: Experience working in the specialist area of equity and inclusion, particularly gender equity. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields. Understanding of Healthcare and/or Aged and Community care would be an advantage, but not essential.
