Job Description As an Equity Manager at Wix, you'll play a crucial role in managing our global equity plans and ensuring compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements. You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of equity transactions and providing support to our employees regarding their awards. In your day-to-day, you will: Prepare accurate monthly recurring and custom reports and reconciliations to track equity transactions Ensure global equity reporting and compliance, including all equity-related filings Collaborate with corporate legal and the designated broker to manage and track 10b5-1 plans Assist in preparing presentations for the Compensation Committee regarding the equity pool and proposed equity grants Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to their awards Maintain the completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for stock-based compensation Uphold and develop policies and procedures related to global equity compliance and ensure adherence to internal controls Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in global equity plan administration Strong understanding of equity plans and various equity award types Proficient in Excel and experience managing Shareworks Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment Experience managing Shareworks Excellent communication skills with various levels of internal employees and business partners Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex global equity issues Strong technical SQL skills Additional Information We are Wix's Finance Group.
