The Impact You Will Have
Zelman & Associates is seeking an Equity Research Associate in its New York City office to work directly with senior executives of one of the leading housing-related research firms on Wall Street. The position will utilize the strength of both Walker & Dunlop and Zelman to provide insightful, thought-provoking research on the homebuilding industry.

This position has an estimated base salary of $95,000 - $110,000 plus discretionary bonus. An employment offer is based on the applicant’s relevant work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
