Previous experience in Structured Products including an in-depth knowledge of the Prospectus Regulation and public offer rules in EEA jurisdictions. Qualified in German law with training from a top law firm. Previous experience of legal documentation automation would be desirable. Previous experience in ETP would be desirable (but not necessary). Candidates must: (i) have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; (ii) have excellent attention to detail, and (iii) be organised, pro-active, able to multi-task and work efficiently to tight deadlines. Working knowledge of Excel preferred. Native German speaker, proficiency in English is a must, and another European language would be desirable.
