Aramark UK is currently recruiting for a capable and committed ER Advisor who can work in a high volume, fast paced environment as part of our HR team.
Working as part of a team this role will ensure employees and managers across the UK receive expert advice and guidance on ER matters whilst ensuring cases are managed fairly and concluded in a timely manner with the best possible result.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced HR role providing regular advice to managers and employees on ER matters
  • Experience of reviewing and providing guidance on invite and outcome letters to ensure they are clear, concise and compliant
  • Experience of working in FMCG or Service based industries
  • Strong understanding of Employment law and ACAS code of practices relating to Absence, Flexible Working, Disciplinary and grievance.
  • A high performing individual who is passionate about delivering great service to stakeholders and implementing improvements

Responsibilities
  • To provide first level advice and support on employee relations queries
  • Review and appropriately respond to, or assign, all new cases in a timely manner.
  • Effective and efficient end to end case management support to line managers on topics such as, absence management, flexible working, grievances, investigations and disciplinaries
  • Carrying out regular reporting on case management activity for both the ER and wider HR team
  • Responding to Data Subject Access Requests working in conjunction with our Northern Europe Data Compliance team.
  • Supporting Aramark’s internal processes to ensure the business meets the requirements of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006
  • Policy Development and provision of supporting documentation to ensure they reflect current legislation requirements and the organisations culture and practices.
  • Supporting with the creation and delivery of ER training packages to ensure our line managers have the confidence and skilled set to lead on ER matters.
  • Supporting the TUPE and Change specialist with activities as and when required
  • Providing cover and support for the wider ER Team
