Job Title: ER Case Coaching Administrator

Salary: £32,000 depending on skills and experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

  • Experience within HR
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Competent in interpreting data to draw out actionable insights that create value for the HR Teams and Businesses, and data quality checks
  • Experience of working on HR Systems
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload and take a proactive approach to ensure tasks are completed within set deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working collaboratively, building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong communications skills – verbal and written

Desirable:

  • Employee relations experience or has a keen interest in this profession
  • Experience in supporting projects
Responsibilities
  • Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including collecting, organising and distributing information
  • Provide support to the Case Management Advisors e.g. arranging formal meetings, note taking at formal meetings, calculating company sick pay, updates to HR Case Management systems and updating key stakeholders
  • Organise presentations, prepare and interprets reports and collect information to support objectives
  • Influence and coach others in line with business priorities
  • Work closely with Senior, non-senior Leads/Partners and Advisors
