Description ER Physician Opportunity — Burleson, TX Physician-Owned | Physician-Led | Equity Ownership | Concierge-Level Care Ally Medical ER, with nine sites across Austin and Houston, is expanding to DFW by opening a new site in Burleson, TX. We’re looking for exceptional Emergency Medicine physicians who want to be true partners, and not just there to pick up their paycheck. The Offer $150/hour + Monthly Distributions STO Incentive Program – get paid for the work you put in to observe patients in the ER Holiday Bonus Pool between $1k - $3k depending on the holiday Flexible Scheduling to prioritize life balance Equity Ownership in the ER with zero contingent liabilities (debt or rent obligations) Malpractice Coverage provided (claims-made with tail) 1099 and K1 pay structure Candidate Profile ABEM Board Certified At least 1-year post-residency Texas Medical License Reside in the DFW area Outstanding soft skills - this is concierge-level emergency medicine Working Physicians Only - no passive investors About the Role Ally Medical ER is 100% physician-owned and physician-governed, with no private equity. This is an opportunity to build long-term wealth and practice autonomy in a modern freestanding ER environment. If accepted, you will have the opportunity to purchase at least one share in the company, which has one 24-hour shift obligation per month.
