MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree in nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSN) preferred. Current Iowa RN license or compact state licensure as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required. The ER RN is responsible for performing rapid and comprehensive assessments, developing emergency care plans, and delivering timely interventions. They also evaluate patient responses and ensure safety and compliance in emergency nursing.
