Description
Incident/Event Handling and Emergency Response Management: Responsible for managing incidents, natural disasters, and emergencies, providing professional advice to mitigate risks, emergency response, and assistance, aiding the Emergency Response Team (ERT) commander in decision-making and sending incident notification messages. Emergency Response Education and Training: Planning and conducting emergency response training, certification, drills, and promotional activities to prepare the team for any situation. Emergency Equipment Maintenance Management: Ensuring all emergency response facilities and equipment are well-maintained and ready for use at any time. Site Safety Inspections, Audits, and Safety Observations: Regularly conducting plant safety inspections, audits, and on-site safety observations to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with operational activities. High-Risk Activities Review: Conducting detailed reviews of high-risk activities within the site , strictly adhering to EHS regulations to prevent accidents and incidents. Disaster Prevention System Audit: Enhancing the reliability of various disaster prevention systems through rigorous safety audits, including fire suppression systems, toxic gas monitoring systems, earthquake detectors, leak sensors, VESDA systems, broadcasting systems, and surveillance systems. Other Matters: (1)Assisting in promoting the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to prepare for sudden disaster events with pre-planned response and recovery operations, processes, and drills, preventing and reducing the impact of emergencies on the company, and ensuring the provision of critical services to customers at an acceptable minimum operational level. (2)Assess and develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology applied in emergency response or safety management project. Bachelor's degree or above in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety Engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years Occupational Safety and Health or emergency response experience in Semiconductor or high technology industries is preferred. Familiar knowledge of local, national, and international safety and fire regulations. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and collaborators. Communication and training skills. Fluency in Mandarin. Proficiency in English is preferred ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 auditor is preferred. Process safety assessment personnel is preferred. Emergency Responders of the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances is preferred.
