POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a hands-on, detailed erector with experience in installing pre-assembled components. The ideal candidate is a team player who is capable of reading technical drawings and safely handles lift equipment, hand and power tools and materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in erecting pre-assembled products.
  • Successful experience with hand and power tools
  • Comfort working at heights is essential. All safety measures, including training, fall protection, and use of enclosed equipment, are provided
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites are necessary.
  • The ability to communicate, adjust easily to changes in the workday, problem solve, and work together with a team
  • Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
  • Construction experience is an asset
  • Metal siding installation, and framing will be preferred
Responsibilities
  • Install pre-assembled products (e.g., fabric buildings, insulated metal panels, pre-engineered steel buildings) according to specifications and drawings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders.
  • Operate lift equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, and fellow team members to meet project timelines.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized job site and assist in site set-up and teardown.
