ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring Ericsson Field Integrators to support RAN deployments in Colorado Springs. This is a hands-on field role requiring experience with commissioning, integrating, and troubleshooting Ericsson LTE/5G sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform on-site integration of Ericsson radios (RRUs), basebands (6630/6648), and power/fiber connections
• Load scripts, commission nodes, and clear alarms
• Verify KPIs, complete call testing, and hand off to optimization
• Coordinate with NOC and field teams during site turn-up
• Follow customer MOPs and safety standards
