POSITION OVERVIEW:

The ERP Administrative Lead position will work with our Articulate Integration & Technologies Electrical division at RMC Group of Companies. This role is responsible for managing business operations and documentation within the ConnectWise ecosystem. The position requires strong business technology competence, organizational and communication skills, operational and financial fluency, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service in a changing environment. This position will work closely with key stakeholders in various departments to ensure accurate reporting, process optimization, and support in day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years minimum administration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS office and working knowledge of ERP systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Improve cross-team coordination, reduce inefficiencies, and support long-term organizational growth without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Identify and track organization inefficiencies where policy or process can benefit without impacting overall productiveness.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Lead invoicing with a customer-centric, high-resolution approach.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Use ConnectWise to maintain accurate data in procurement, time entries, expenses, and overall project/service ticket documentation in line with internal policies.
  • Lead the purchasing team and maintain clear procurement policies.
  • Align with stakeholders to ensure supply chain processes support production efficiency.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly service master reports to provide clear insights into project and service performance.
  • Create and audit canned system reporting within ConnectWise to reflect any required metrics, where this is impossible, define limitations of software and create process to use alternate systems (excel, SSRS) to generate required documentation.
  • Oversee daily updates to service reports and electrician notes.
  • Understand service and pricing details to communicate effectively with existing and prospective customers.
  • Ensure new employees have required tools and training.
  • Support onboarding efforts to set up new hires for success.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols across operations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by taking on additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization.
