Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to be the point person for planning, coordination, and delivery of ERP projects. This role will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization of ERP systems for our clients.
While direct SYSPRO experience is highly desirable, we recognize that strong ERP talent often comes from platforms such as NetSuite, Acumatica, or SAP. If you have successfully delivered end-to-end ERP implementations and are eager to become SYSPRO-certified, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary ERP point of contact for internal teams and clients.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of ERP projects across manufacturing and distribution environments.
  • Configure, customize, and administer ERP systems to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, supply chain, IT) to align ERP workflows with business processes.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for ERP users.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues efficiently.
