The ERP Analyst is responsible for assisting with the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of the State Board of Administration’s (SBA) mission-critical enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, using business analysis combined with technical expertise to ensure the ERP system supports business processes, and providing ongoing support and training to users. The ERP Analyst is a mid-level position reporting to the Manager of ERP Systems within the Information Technology Department.
