JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or programming, particularly within ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV development, including C/AL (CSIDE), or other comparable ERP development tools.
  • Experienced in system customization and configuration.
  • Proficiency in MS Power BI is an advantage.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of anticipating and addressing potential issues.
  • Ability to draft professional reports and project-related documentation.
  • Open to feedback with a commitment to continuous professional development.
Responsibilities
  • Assess and understand business requirements, analyzing the structural flow of operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancement, validating feasibility through proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.
  • Lead the deployment of new ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration into business operations.
  • Develop detailed specifications, design documents, and test cases to support system implementation.
  • Conduct hands-on data migration from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
  • Provide end-user training on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure the proposed solutions align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure project success.
  • Provide technical support for daily operations by troubleshooting existing systems and developing solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Manage change requests, ensuring proper documentation and implementation of solutions.
