Description POSITION SUMMARY: · Assists with the implementation and ongoing maintenance, support, and improvement of our NetSuite ERP system. Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and IT to ensure NetSuite supports efficient business processes, accurate reporting, and scalable growth. Customizes and configures workflows to facilitate ERP integration with other applications. Assists in providing ERP NetSuite support, development, documentation, and training. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct all activities in a safe manner while adhering to all corporate policies, compliance, and change management structures. · Ensure that the ERP NetSuite system complies with ERP and business standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Provide primary support to users at all ISG sites, including helpdesk support. 2. Work in partnership with users to write and/or maintain user training manuals for all entities. 3. Assists in writing specifications for all system changes and improvements. 4. Assists in creating saved searches, workflows, reports, scripts, configuration changes, form changes, data uploads, field and record creation, connector configurations, etc. 5. Assist in ensuring peak performance of NetSuite and all related systems. 6. Assists in conducting all changes and implementations within the framework of the compliance and change management systems. 7. Support core modules across ERP NetSuite, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Advanced Financials, Revenue Management. 8. Make the necessary corrections and problem-solving to ensure data accuracy and solve problems within the production flow. 9. Assist in developing and managing project governance, including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc. 10. Coordinate project teams, assist in driving accountability/deliver project status reports. 11. Communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders regarding key project objectives and steps to ensure buy-in. 12. Assist in scheduling project deliverables and milestones. WORK LOCATION: The work location will be Saraland, Alabama. The individual is expected to be on-site 3 to 4 days a week. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5-10% of travel is required for business entities. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field. · 2–5 years of experience working with various ERP systems. · Minimum of 18 months' experience working with the NetSuite ERP system. · Good understanding of ERP concepts, including financials, order management, and inventory. · Experience building saved searches, workflows, and dashboards. · Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into system solutions. · Education or experience in writing code. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time, climb stairs, and occasionally work under pressure.
