Description
Optimal, on behalf of its client, a leading import organization with a broad network and diverse investment activities, is seeking an ERP Analyst, based in Athens. Responsibilities: Collaborate with all departments to gather and document user requirements and draft project scopes and technical specifications. Work closely with the IT team to design, develop, test, and implement new processes or system changes. Monitor core company systems (ERP, WMS, B2B) and ensure smooth data exchange between platforms (Interfaces). Track project progress and liaise with users to confirm successful implementation. Prepare user manuals and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 1–3 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems Good knowledge of English Basic knowledge of scripting and SQL within RDBMS environments. Understanding of Triggers, Cursors, and concepts like On Update, On Delete, On Insert, etc. Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports (Business Objects) and Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. Ability to juggle multiple projects and set priorities. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
