Tasks
- Provide user consultation and training on the ERP system (1C), and participate in automation projects.
- Configure and maintain workstations (Windows, Mac) and respond to user requests.
- Set up, configure, and monitor Wi-Fi networks and networking equipment.
- Manage and maintain printers and related hardware.
- Support and maintain servers, ensuring their availability and performance.
- Administer Active Directory (AD) domains and related services.
- Perform backup operations and ensure data recovery readiness.
