Your tasks:

• Participation in rollout and digitization projects (e.g., a unified ERP system)
• Analysis and optimization of business and production processes
• Support for specialist departments in dealing with requirements and disruptions
• Application configuration and customization
• Conducting training courses and creating documentation
• Support for interfaces between ERP, PPS, DMS and other systems
• Creation and customization of reports and analyses

You bring the following:

• Experience in handling ERP and PPS systems
• Good process knowledge in order processing, production or work preparation
• Understanding of databases, interfaces and evaluations
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with specialist departments
• Knowledge of A+W Business, A+W Production, Hanic, SQL or Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Good English skills and very good German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
