Your tasks:

• Central contact person for all topics relating to our ERP landscape and connected systems
• Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and further development of the ERP systems
• Introduction of new modules and functions in the ERP landscape
• Performing releases, migrations, and upgrades
• First and second level support
• Analysis, optimization and documentation of business processes in the ERP environment
• Programming within the framework of projects as well as development of individual adaptations, reports and forms.
• Coordination of external service providers and support for projects and system implementations

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business informatics, training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the ERP environment
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, proALPHA), SQL and MS Office
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical thinking skills and basic knowledge of project management
• Good English skills are an advantage.
