Tasks

• Application Management for the SaaS solution Planon
•  Interface to specialist departments, external service providers and project management
•  Analysis and optimization of operational processes as well as digitization of business processes
•  Specification, implementation and support of changes and system optimizations
•  Support in implementing the inventory solution in other operational units
•  Conducting acceptance tests, UAT and software tests
•  Configuration and management of system parameters, permissions, and reports
•  Support and further development of the mobile app
•  Support and handling of tickets for troubleshooting and continuous improvement

profile

• You have completed a degree in (business) informatics, economics or industrial engineering – or have a comparable background.
• Alternatively, you bring a career change, e.g. from facility management, building services engineering or the real estate industry.
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in the operation, administration or development of ERP or enterprise software, ideally as an Application Manager or IT Business Consultant.
• Prior experience with Planon is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You have very good German and English skills.
• You work analytically, are solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
