Arconic is currently in search of an ERP/Application Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our Kawneer business in Norcross, GA.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Agile certifications to include: CSM, CSP, PMP or Lean Six Sigma.
• Has a business and systems acumen of the Building and Construction industry.

• Under direction of IT PMO manager, responsible for managing all aspects of the development and implementation lifecycle and is the single point of contact for those projects.
• Will manage the delivery of large and complex multi-disciplinary ERP/Application projects within a predetermined budget, scope, and schedule without falling short on high quality standards.
• Takes projects from original concept through final implementation while achieving the desired business results.
• Work within a Scrum environment to plan and deliver incremental software in defined sprints.
• Managing the backlog, facilitating meetings, and coaching the Agile process will be involved on a day-to-day level.
• Identify areas where we can improve delivery, increase velocity, and have a better overall user experience.
• Facilitating team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up / Scrum, Grooming Session, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review / Demo, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Promotes adherence to Agile software development best practices and acts as an Agile coach to the project team.
• Conduct ongoing IT audit tests as part of organization’s risk management protocols.
