Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the ERP system, including user, role, and authorization management.
• Planning and implementation of updates, patches, feature packages, ERP upgrades and release changes
• Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions as well as support of ERP interfaces to connected systems
• Creation of analyses, reports and dashboards based on ERP and company data
• Contributing to the further development of the reporting and BI landscape
• Operation, maintenance and patch management of business-critical enterprise applications and Windows server systems
• Support for specialist departments and collaboration with external service providers
• Participation in IT, digitization and ERP projects

Requirements:

• Completed training in the IT field or studies in computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the administration or support of an ERP system, ideally IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Good knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting and BI tools
• Basic knowledge of administering Windows server systems and enterprise applications
• Technical understanding of ERP systems, interfaces and the interrelationships within a modern application landscape
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent work style.
• Strong service orientation, team spirit and enjoyment of collaborating with internal and external contacts.
• Excellent German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
