• They continuously maintain and develop our ERP system.
• They analyze and optimize business processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments.
• They independently perform system adjustments and configurations.
• They are supporting the implementation of several projects related to the ERP system from Aptean (Ramsauer & Stürmer).
• They advise the specialist departments on the use of the software applications, handle troubleshooting, and act as second level support for users.
• They create and maintain documentation and training materials.
• They create best-practice guides, train first-level support, and assist ERP users.

Use your skills effectively

• Completed training in business informatics or a related field, or at least 5 years of professional experience in ERP applications.
• Solid knowledge of a common ERP system such as SAP, Navision, Aptean
• Experience in process analysis and optimization, as well as knowledge of agile methods for software development
• A good understanding of databases and SQL knowledge for database queries and for creating various reports.
• Good knowledge of scripting for batch processing and monitoring
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability
