We’re looking for a SAP BASIS / Cloud & DevOps Lead to own the technical backbone of our ERP program. You’ll lead BASIS administration, system architecture, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and scalability across all SAP environments. This is a fixed-term role until mid 2028 based in Surry Hills, NSW. What we offer? Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave WGEA certified work environment Flexible working across most of our roles A socially responsible work environment, on track to be carbon neutral by 2030 Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products Mental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program Responsibilities include: Lead SAP BASIS activities across development, QA, and production landscapes Manage SAP HANA environments, system upgrades, patching, kernel updates, and transport governance Define and execute SAP cloud strategy (SAP BTP, S/4HANA Cloud), optimizing for scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code to enable agile delivery Ensure SAP security, authorizations, segregation-of-duties, and compliance standards Collaborate with Solution Architects, functional leads, and SIs to deliver integrated, high-performing solutions Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, reporting, and adoption of modern SAP operations practices Who are you? 12–15+ years SAP technical experience, including 3–5+ years in a leadership role SAP BASIS certified; cloud (AWS) and DevOps certifications preferred Hands-on with SAP HANA, DevOps/CI/CD pipelines, automation, and multi-vendor landscapes Proven ability to lead SAP infrastructure teams and influence stakeholders across complex programs Resilient, strategic, and customer-focused, with a passion for innovation and transformation Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
