JOB: Endura Products, LLC, seeks ERP Business Analyst in Colfax, NC to perform a variety of duties to support the business ERP systems and related IT applications, including process design, software setup, system testing, user training, deployment and end user support. Work as a liaison among key stakeholders to lead the evaluation of business processes, develop optimization strategies, and implement solutions and standard operating procedures to maximize end-user adoption. Document new development and change request requirements. This includes gathering business requirements, confirming standardization across sites and developing the detailed requirements documentation, support training of new plant staff. Conduct meetings and document discussions to effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Lead discussion on adoption of best practice processes. Perform user acceptance testing. Identify challenges/issues and make recommendations for process improvements. Manage projects, develop project plans and monitor performance. Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as necessary. Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and improve systems.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: facilitating process design workshops, documenting system requirements, developing and documenting test scripts; performing functional testing, developing training materials, conducting training sessions and managing and performing deployment tasks including but not limited to data migration system set-up; performing end-user support to ensure users are correctly following the process interacting with the system; performing product data management, manufacturing process planning, inventory management and logistics planning; utilizing Solidworks, PDM, and Driveworks to develop, maintain and support product configurator tools integrated with ERP; and performing data analysis optimization and reporting. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite. 15%-25% national and international travel required. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in the above-mentioned fields and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
