Summary of Position: This position is responsible for post-production support, troubleshooting/resolution, and systems administration of Oracle applications, including discrete manufacturing, supply chain, order management, engineering, quality, depot repair, and financials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and support our organization's growth objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Process Improvement - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business requirements for ERP solutions. - Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to address functional or process gaps in the ERP system. Solution Design & Implementation - Design and propose ERP solutions that align with business needs and organizational goals. - Assist in configuring and customizing ERP modules to meet specific business requirements. - Support ERP implementation efforts, including testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity, systems security, and integration with other enterprise systems. Change Management & Training - Facilitate and lead workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and alignment on ERP processes. - Assist in managing change management activities related to ERP systems updates and implementations. - Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the ERP system. Documentation & Communication - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, systems designs, test scripts, and user guides. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate project status, risks, and benefits. - Support post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes against project objectives and business needs. Continuous Improvement - Monitor and evaluate ERP system performance against defined KPIs, and recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed. - Stay current with ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and improvements. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college/University in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in ERP systems. Strong knowledge of ERP software (Oracle EBS, preferred) Proficiency with reporting tools such as PowerBI, SplashBI, or Tableau required. Proficient in data analysis and report generation. Proven experience in business process mapping and analysis. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Experience with system testing and validation procedures.
