Job Description Translate Supply Chain Management business needs into ERP functional specifications and enhancement priorities with the Supply Chain Management Transformation Manager. Ensure global alignment of Supply Chain Management processes with ERP standard functionality and monitor correct system usage. Act as the interface between Supply Chain and IT ERP: track roadmap impacts, coordinate improvements, and basic data updates. Coordinate User Acceptance Training (UAT) for the business, regarding all ERP changes affecting Supply Chain. Enable the key user community: run knowledge-sharing sessions, maintain training materials, onboard users, and communicate change impacts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Process Management, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management and business process optimization. Proven track record implementing Supply Chain Management tools and/or ERP systems; comfortable testing, UAT, and deployment support. Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize enhancements with stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management; collaborative, change-oriented, and curious about emerging technologies.
