Blackmores is entering an exciting new chapter—transforming our systems, simplifying our operations, and connecting more effectively with our people, customers, and suppliers. At the centre of this transformation is SAP.
We’re now seeking a driven, collaborative, and experienced change professional to join as our ERP Program Change Lead on a 24-Month Fixed Term Contract . This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in leading change management activities and resources for the initial implementation of a multi-stream ERP program—ensuring our operations are future-fit and ready to thrive in a reimagined, SAP-powered environment.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Change Director, with a dual line into the ERP Program Director, this role will ensure that ERP change initiatives are effectively managed and delivered across all program workstreams with a focus on maximising adoption and mitigating resistance to the new system.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plans for the ERP implementation, aligned with overall program objectives, project plans and the organisational culture.

  • In conjunction with the Change Director, lead and mentor a team of Change resources across all ERP project implementation workstreams and ensure an aligned, consistent and effective change approach.

  • Identify, monitor and escalate program and workstream change risks and associated mitigation actions.

  • In collaboration with Communications and workstream Change resources, develop and deliver a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for ERP change initiatives.

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and CoE leads to ensure that ERP change initiatives are integrated with other business processes and initiatives.

  • Create and manage measurement systems to track program change impact, change readiness and success and provide feedback and recommendations to the project team and senior stakeholders.

  • Pursue continuous learning and development in alignment with the enterprise’s digital transformation journey.
