Your new role

• My client is seeking an ERP Change Manager on a 2-year FTC to lead the change management workstream across an ERP implementation. You will develop and deliver the change strategy, helping operational teams move from long-established manual and paper-based processes to standardised, digital and ERP-led ways of working. Day to day responsibilities includes change impact assessment, business readiness, communications, resistance management, role-based training, cutover support and post-implementation adoption.
