JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-driven ERP Consultant (Mid-Level) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP solutions across various industries. You will play a key role in requirements gathering, solution design, training, and post-implementation support, ensuring our clients achieve operational efficiency and business alignment through their ERP systems.

• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years hands-on experience implementing or supporting ERP systems
• Strong understanding of at least one major ERP software (e.g., Sage 300 or Sage X3, )
• Solid grasp of business processes in Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and HR
• Experience with data migration, report customization, and system configuration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Certification in relevant ERP platforms (e.g, Sage 300 Certified Consultant)
• Experience in project documentation and business analysisKnowledge of SQL or other database tools is an added advantage

  Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 400,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering sessions with clients
• Assist in designing and configuring ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HR, Payroll)
• Support end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects (e.g., Sage 300, Sage X3, QuickBooks Enterprise, Zoho Books)
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and functional specifications
• Deliver user training and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end users
• Participate in post-implementation review and supportEnsure ERP solutions comply with industry best practices and client-specific requirements
