Your tasks

• Conducting requirements gathering in collaboration with our customers' key users, creating and documenting concepts
• Implementation of the approved concepts, taking into account upstream and downstream processes within the overall system.
• Recording and documenting requirements that cannot be covered by configurations or existing solution packages.
• Support in evaluating and implementing changes within the framework of the Change Request process
• Support during the integration test and assistance for customers during the transition phase after go-live.
• Close collaboration with project managers and the project team to ensure successful project execution

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• Professional experience in advising manufacturing companies and/or professional activity in the field of work preparation or production control
• Practical experience in using ERP, MES, CAQ or CAM software
• Strong IT affinity and enjoyment of customer contact
• Strong communication skills, structured and analytical work style
• High level of commitment, personal responsibility, and team orientation
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and to work remotely.
• Good English skills are desirable.
