You will work full-time at one of our locations throughout Germany or from your home office – moderate travel is required. 

Your tasks – against boring, PRO YOU 

In our regional teams, you'll shape the implementation of Proalpha for clients, closely aligned with their processes and with tangible impact. Close collaboration enhances quality, while you manage your projects with a high degree of autonomy. This allows you to combine expertise, consulting, and implementation in a dynamic environment.

• Implementation: With your team, you will lead the rollout of Proalpha at customer sites or remotely and ensure clear project management.
• Consulting: As the person responsible for technical process consulting, you oversee the implementation in production, purchasing, sales and materials management.
• Collaboration: In close exchange with customers and colleagues, you develop viable concepts for smooth processes.
• Analysis: By systematically recording existing processes, you can achieve reliable solutions and optimizations.
• Training: You empower users with clearly structured presentations, practical workshops and effective training sessions.

Your profile – contrary to 08/15, PRO YOU 

• Education: Degree in a technical or business informatics field or comparable qualification 
• Professional experience:  Experience as an ERP consultant or in a responsible role in industry or trade with an ERP focus.
• Professional skills:  Sound understanding of business processes and extensive logistical know-how
• Personality: Consulting skills, strong communication skills, convincing moderation and presentation skills, high degree of independence and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Language skills:  Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
