We are seeking a skilled Odoo Implementation Consultant to lead and support successful deployments of the Odoo ERP system for our clients. This role involves understanding client business processes, configuring relevant Odoo modules, and ensuring that the ERP solution is fully integrated, optimized, and aligned with client objectives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver a tailored Odoo experience that enhances operational efficiency. This role demands strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
This is a hybrid role, with the workweek split between remote and in-office collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience implementing Odoo ERP (Community or Enterprise editions)
• Solid understanding of core Odoo modules and workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into Odoo functionality
• Experience with data migration, configuration, and basic customization
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Python or XML (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in project delivery in a hybrid or client-facing environment
