tasks

Full-time in Cologne | 6 months | Immediate start | €2,400

We are currently seeking a full-time Consultant (m/f/d) for a client in the defense sector. You will support the client in the implementation of a new HR system and the associated transformation. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Taking over project management and coordinating milestones as an interface between different departments and software providers.
• Moderation of workshops and interviews with internal stakeholders
• Identification of change requirements and support of the organization through the transformation
• Leading coordination between IT, HR and software providers.

Your

profile

• Knowledge of German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in project management, ideally with ERP or software implementations.
• HR background or sound HR knowledge
• Organizational and communication skills, as well as a structured and analytical way of thinking.
• Pragmatic problem-solving thinking
• Willingness to travel for the initial on-site implementation phase; remote deployment is possible later.
• Openness to AI-supported working methods and motivation to work with and further develop AI-integrated processes.
